Transform Bliss Books’ dream into reality - with your vote

HELP transform the business dream of Bangor’s Bliss Books into a reality - simply by giving them your vote before this Sunday.

Whilst polling fever may be sweeping the nation, the talented local duo of Claire Lynas and Julie-ann Strentz need the votes of Spectator readers for a very different election.

This creative partnership are the entrepreneurs behind ‘My Bliss Books Ltd’ and they are appealing to the public for their votes to get their ‘My Inspiration Journal’ through to the next round of business mogul Sir Richard Branson’s ‘Pitch to Ritch’ competition.

The competition named #VOOM Pitch to Rich, is based on video pitches and public voting and is separated out into three categories:  New Ideas, Start-ups and Grow.

Each category has over £300,000 in marketing and mentoring support up for grabs – as well as the chance to have their face on the side of a Virgin Train.

Local readers can vote for this talented  duo on: www.virginmediabusiness.co.uk/pitch-to-rich/start-up/my-bliss-books.

Once your vote has been cast you must remember to respond to the email from Virgin Media Business to verify your email address or your vote will not count.

My Bliss Books has already attracted a lot of public support, including the pupils and staff of Towerview Primary School, but more votes are needed if they are to get ‘My Inspiration Journal’ through to the shortlist.

Speaking to the Spectator Claire said, “We are a little company with a magical dream. ‘My Inspiration Journal’ has been designed to help reveal the magic inside.

“Created for my son Adam, I designed a journal for him to put his heart and soul into by reflecting on his day positively, and so ‘My Bliss Books’ was born. Adam loves it. I think it was written for my inner child, it is something I would have loved to have had a a child. It shows the support you get from within, the magic inside of you.”

Claire stressed the inspiration journal was for young and old alike saying, “This unique labour of love has been designed for all ages, from eight to 80. It contains plenty of space for writing, drawing and sharing hopes and dreams.
